Expanding Christ's Kingdom

Praise the Lord! Another Bengali Muslim woman named Salma came to Jesus with Mursheda Parveen yesterday! After an invitation to join one of our Bible Studies she was so touched she felt she could commit her life to follow Jesus. We now have 2 people being baptized this coming Friday here in New York and another 4 people in Bangladesh. Please be praying for these people and their new decisions to follow Christ.

Hassan is still facing opposition from several of his family members. His father seems to be accepting of his faith at one point but then threatens him the next. When he came into our zoom meeting last month he seems very accepting, but when he is with Hassan in private he shows another face. There are other family members who threaten him as well. So please continue praying for Hassan who continues facing persecution from his family members.

It seems that God is continually expanding our ministry reach here at CTU. We currently have 2 missionaries working with us full-time in NYC and 2 working with us on a part-time basis in Bangladesh. After much prayer, we feel that this indicates we will be needing a larger prayer and financial support base.. We will be starting some fundraising over the summer so please pray whether the Lord would have you join CTU as a financially supporting partner on a monthly basis.
